What is the minimum quantity that can be ordered?

There is no minimum quantity, everything we produce is custom.
We can produce 1 item to thousands as needed. We'll be happy to
review whatever your needs may be.

What factors affect the cost?

The cost depends on several factors - the type of item(s) ordered
(sign, banner, die-cut vinyl or full color print), the quantity ordered and
the durability of the product are some of the major factors that affect
your cost.

What is the average lead time for an order?

While we typically quote 7-14 days of lead time after art is approved
for die-cut vinyl and full color prints. Small orders are often times
completed in 1-2 days and very large orders may take up to 90 days to complete. For signs we typically quote 30-49 days of lead time after art
is approved, there is some flexibility in our scheduling.

Who creates the art & what is the cost?


You can supply print or cut ready artwork in a format suggested in our artwork guidelines. As long as the artwork meets our standards as recommended in our artwork guidelines, there would be no additional cost for artwork. We also offer in-house creative design for any project. This service is quoted on a per project or hourly basis.

What art is required and in what format does the art need to be in?

We ask that you review our art submission guidelines provided in our
Artwork Forms section of this website. If you are not sure how to
produce or save a file, call us. We'll be happy to work through your
art needs with you.

How long does it take for us to get artwork back from you?

If your artwork is provided to us at our recommended specifications,
you can estimate 3-5 days time for getting an electronic proof.
For newly created artwork, you can estimate 10-14 days time for
getting an electronic proof.

What is the standard life of the images printed on vinyl?

Generally four to six color process has an approximate exterior life of
3 to 5 years and an interior life of 3 to 8 years. This depends on weather conditions and if the graphic has a UV protective laminate or not.

What is the standard life of vinyl lettering and graphics?

Generally most 2 mil cast high performance vinyls are good for 5 to 7
years against fading and cracking. Most 3 mil calendared vinyls are good
for 3 to 5 years.

What is involved in wrapping a vehicle?

Wrapping any vehicle involves a 3 step process. The first step is the conceptual, design and layout stage. The second step is the production
of the wrap and the third step is the installation of the wrap. There may
be a forth step that involves the removal of the wrap.

Who installs the signs, banners and vehicle graphics?

With a team of 3M Certified trained installers, we have the experience to install most everything we fabricate. We provide sign, banner, and vehicle graphic installation services. Some orders may require minimal installation
and may not require our assistance. If you have any doubts consider using our experienced installation services with your next project.

Can graphics be removed from vehicles?

Yes, most vinyl can be removed from vehicles. Depending on the
application, we can use a changeable or removable graphics system for shorter term use. These materials provide a clean removal without the
use of heat. Longer term materials may require heat to be removed,
followed by an adhesive remover to clean the vehicle of any adhesive
that is left behind.

What are the Payment Terms and Shipping Procedures?

We gladly accept checks, electronic deposits and MasterCard & Visa
credit cards. For signs we require 50% down and the balance is due
upon completion of the installation. Corporate customers may contact
our Accounts Receivable Department to set up terms for payment
(typically Net 15 to Net 30). We ship most products via UPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated at time of shipment and added to the final invoice.

Quantity Shipping/Manufacturing Tolerance .

Orders are subject to a +/- 10% finished quantity tolerance and will
be billed accordingly.

Refunds, Returns, and Prices.

Vernon and Maz, Inc. must give approval for return of merchandise. Returnable merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. All items
to be returned require a Return Authorization Number. Please speak to
one of our customer Service Representatives prior to making any return. Custom prints, graphics, signs and imprinted items are non-refundable.
Prices and specifications on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors.
Freight/shipping charges will be added to all orders. Cancelled orders
and installations may be subject to a cancellation charge.

Vernon and Maz, Inc. is not responsible for your village, township, city, county or state ordinances governing disclaimers, sign size, art and/or
usage. Be sure all art submitted meets these requirements. Check you
city codes before purchasing products. Custom products are not returnable. Some non-custom products may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking charge.

Seller's Limited Liability

In no event shall seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental,
punitive or contingent damages of any nature. In no event shall seller be liable for any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, or
injury to business or reputation. The seller's liability is limited to the
purchase price.
