What
is the minimum quantity that can be ordered?
There is no minimum quantity, everything we produce is custom.
We
can produce
1 item to thousands as needed. We'll be happy to
review whatever your needs
may be.
What factors affect the cost?
The cost depends on several factors - the type of item(s) ordered
(sign, banner,
die-cut vinyl or full color print), the quantity ordered and
the durability of
the product are some of the major factors that affect
your cost.
What is the average lead time for an order?
While we typically quote 7-14 days of lead time after art is approved
for die-cut vinyl and full color prints. Small orders are often times
completed in 1-2 days
and very large orders may take up to 90 days to complete. For signs we typically
quote 30-49 days of lead time after art
is approved, there is some flexibility
in our scheduling.
Who creates the art & what is the cost?
You can supply print or cut ready artwork in a format suggested in our artwork
guidelines. As long as the artwork meets our standards as recommended in
our artwork guidelines, there would be no additional cost for artwork. We
also offer
in-house creative design for any project. This service is quoted on a per
project or hourly basis.
What art is required and in what format does the art need to be in?
We ask that you review our art submission guidelines provided in our
Artwork
Forms section of this website. If you are not sure how to
produce or save
a file, call us. We'll be happy to work through your
art needs with you.
How long does it take for us to get artwork back from you?
If your artwork is provided to us at our recommended specifications,
you
can estimate 3-5 days time for getting an electronic proof.
For newly created
artwork,
you can estimate 10-14 days time for
getting an electronic proof.
What is the standard life of the images printed on vinyl?
Generally four to six color process has an approximate exterior life of
3
to 5 years and an interior life of 3 to 8 years. This depends on weather conditions
and if the graphic has a UV protective laminate or not.
What is the standard life of vinyl lettering and graphics?
Generally most 2 mil cast high performance vinyls are good for 5 to 7
years
against fading and cracking. Most 3 mil calendared vinyls are
good
for 3
to 5 years.
What is involved in wrapping a vehicle?
Wrapping any vehicle involves a 3 step process. The first step is the conceptual,
design and layout stage. The second step is the production
of the wrap and
the third step is the installation of the wrap. There may
be a forth step
that involves the removal of the wrap.
Who installs the signs, banners and vehicle graphics?
With a team of 3M Certified trained installers, we have the experience to install
most everything we fabricate. We provide sign, banner, and vehicle graphic
installation services. Some orders may require minimal installation
and may
not require our assistance. If you have any doubts consider using our experienced
installation services with your next project.
Can graphics be removed from vehicles?
Yes, most vinyl can be removed from vehicles. Depending on the
application,
we can use a changeable or removable graphics system for shorter term use.
These materials provide a clean removal without the
use of heat. Longer term
materials may require heat to be removed,
followed by an adhesive remover to
clean the vehicle of any adhesive
that is left behind.
What are the Payment Terms and Shipping Procedures?
We gladly accept checks, electronic deposits and MasterCard & Visa
credit
cards. For signs we require 50% down and the balance is due
upon completion
of the installation. Corporate customers may contact
our Accounts Receivable
Department to set up terms for payment
(typically Net 15 to Net 30). We ship
most products via UPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated
at time of shipment and added to the final invoice.
